Multicolor Self-adhesive

         We offer multi-coloured self-adhesive labels which are manufactured by us with the use of the modern flexographic machines of the Gidue company. A wide range of the capabilities of the equipment in our possession makes it possible for us to manufacture multi-coloured prints having the quality of photographic images.
         We use paints fixated with the use of UV rays, which provides the guarantee of colouristic fidelity and repeatability – in accordance with the design of the label. The process of printing-on is controlled by special-purpose colourimetric devices. Additionally, the printing-on performed with the use of UV paints is characterized by the mechanic and chemical durability, which are tested in the course and also after the process of manufacturing.
     We are able to print on the both sides of the label, print on glue, cover surfaces with lacquer, laminate and plate them with gold. Our products of different kinds are delivered packaged together in the large items of packaging, on rolls or in sheets – the choice is determined by the commission of the Customer.
We have our own department of the preparation of flexographic manufacturing, which – upon the basis of several-year long experience and also implemented standards (based upon the guidelines set forth in the ISO 12647 norm) – adapts graphical designs to the flexographic technology being applied. The specification of the preparation of files for printing is available with the possibility of printing and encompasses the detailed description of the formats of graphic files possible to be accepted by the graphic department and closely connected with the software and equipment resources in our possession. It contains information concerning the best manner of sending the file with the use of the Internet in dependence upon the size of that file. As well as that, it determines the manners of the preparation of files (colourful spaces and the structures of documents) so as to allow a graphic designer to receive as much information as possible. A novelty is constituted by the manufacturing of the short series of labels printed with the use of a flexographic method and cutting out of them with the use of a laser ray – without it being necessary to manufacture expensive blanking dies. That offer is a particularly attractive one in case of one-off series, for instance, of promotional labels, or in case of very difficult, non-typical shapes. We offer the manufacturing of the prototype, short series of cut-out labels prior to the commencing of the proper production process following a commission.
