FINAT Young Managers Club

The first Young Managers Club Congress, an organization operating within FINAT (the International Association for flexographic printing in which WROPAK has been a member since 2005), which brings together young managers from the flexographic industry, took place in Berlin on 28-30 November, 2012. The production manager of our company was one of two representatives of the Polish printing industry and took an active part in panel discussions and work in groups that were organized during the conference. Topics addressed at the conference concerned such problems as strategic planning, vision and sense of business, ecology and business, etc.

Apart from gaining theoretical knowledge and knowing various examples of a day-to-day life of a printing company, we were able to establish new interesting contacts with people from companies around the world that we hope will result in future cooperation.
