In the year 2015, we want to meet further targets connected with the environment which it proved possible for us to meet a year ago. We are reducing the consumption of energy and the quantity of the produced waste.
History
Wropak is a company having the legal status of natural-person business activity. The owner of the company is Halina Młyńska.
On 17.06.1999, the company „WROPAK Halina Młyńska” was registered in the City Office of Wrocław and awarded the number 128950. The company was established upon the basis of previous experiences in the sector of the marking and the identification of commodities.
Initially, the company had been carrying out commercial activity in the scope of selling self-adhesive labels, ribbons and thermal transfer printers.
In the year 2002, the company’s own Department of Manufacturing of self-adhesive labels taking advantage of the graphic art second-hand machines of the US-based companies: Mark Andy and also Allied Gear was created.
Since the year 2004, all purchased machines have been the brand-new ones, manufactured upon a special commission compatible with the increasing requirements of ours.
Since that period of time on, we have been systematically engaged in the dynamic development, directed at meeting the needs of demanding Customers, which is succinctly described in the chronicle below:
- 06.2005 Wropak became the member of FINAT (international association of the manufacturers of self-adhesive labels).
07.2005 starting the department of packaging varied products in large items of packaging of ribbon upon the basis of our own machinery and direct collaboration with the manufacturer of the ribbon.
09.2005 Company was awarded the certificate „Tyvek Expert” by the DuPont company.
11.2005 Company implemented the system of quality management compatible with the norm ISO 9001:2000 and was awarded relevant certificate issued by Dekra Certification.
01.2006 Wropak was awarded the title of the „Business Gazelle 2006” receiving 704 position in the ranking of the most dynamically developing companies in Poland in the years 2003-2005.
02.2006 changing the address of the company – the new address: Wrocław 27 Metalowców Street.
03.2006 The purchase of the modern eight-colour Gidue Combat 370 machine.
06.2006 awarding to our company the certificate of credibility and financial reliability „White List”.
01.2007 awarding another title of the „Business Gazelle 2007” for the dynamic development of our company in the years 2004-2006.
04.2007 starting the laboratory of glue controlling in accordance with the standards of FINAT.
11.2007 Company implemented the system of the management of the environment being in accordance with the norm ISO 14001:2004 and was awarded relevant certificate issued by Dekra Certification.
01.2008 awarding another title of the „Business Gazelle 2008" for the further years of dynamic development.
07.2008 awarding the company the title of „Clear Company”.
09.2008 starting the Centre of Research and Development in our company.
06.2009 Company implemented the system of the management of the security of information being in accordance with the norm ISO 27001:2005 and was awarded relevant certificate issued by KEMA Quality B.V.
11.2009 Wropak was awarded Th Brown Certificate „White List”
01.2011 the purchase of the modern six-colour Gidue. Quadra 370 machine.
02.2011 purchase, co-financed from the means of the European Union, of a device for the marking and cutting out labels with the use of a laser ray.
03.2011 In connection with the development of the company, external warehouse of raw materials and products in Stargardzka Street in Wrocław was opened.
11.2011 Company for another time underwent the certification of the possessed systems and obtained the following certificates: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 27001:2005. Those certificates were issued by DEKRA Certification Sp. z o.o. (ltd. co.). - 02.2012 We are honoured by the Silver Certificate of White List.
09.2012 Wropak is one of the 102 founder-members of a new branch organization (The Polish Chamber of Flexography)
11.2012 Wropak became a member of FINAT Young Managers Club.
02.2013 The confirmation of a membership of the elite club „Business Gazelle” gathering the most dynamically developing companies– the fourth one within last few years.
06.2013 Obtaining certificates: Innovative, Verified and Reliable Company.
10.2013 We receive „Golden Certificate of White List”.
12.2013 The purchase of a modern machine for digital print – inkjet UV – the world premiere of the purchased model took place during the LabeL Expo in September 2013.
01.2014 The purchase of a system for electronic al control and verification of the print quality (the assessment of text, graphics and codes coherence).
02.2014 For the fifth time Wropak obtained the diploma „Business Gazelle 2013” for the dynamic development during the years 2010-2012.
