The Wropak company specializes in the manufacturing of self-adhesive labels used in the in process of the marking of commodities.
The manufacturing department is using at the moment only devices manufactured upon the basis of our individual commissions. We apply the flexographic technology of printing  with the use UV paints together with additional processes such plating with gold, lacquer, lamination, partial de-activation of glue  and printing on glue. Our labels are supplied on a roll, in sheets or in the form of single labels. We apply the technique of rotational cutting out, guaranteeing very good precision and repeatability. With the support from the funds of the European Union, we have implemented the technology of the marking and cutting out of labels with the use of a laser ray.
Together with the manufactured labels, we supply thermal transfer ribbons, which are packaged by us in the large items of packaging upon individual commissions of our Customers, also guaranteeing the best possible use of ribbons and also the choice of the best ribbon for applications in the process of marking.
Our modern machinery and also planning upon the basis of the individual information system makes it possible for us to work for the most demanding Customers from the automotive, house-ware articles, computer and radio and television industries.
Working for the most demanding companies is made possible as well by the Integrated System of Management and being in the possession of three certificates of quality management, environment management and information security management.
In particular, the last of those three makes it possible for us to work with companies which are frequently mutual competitors in a manner safe for our Customer.
The laboratory of glue controlling, our own Centre of Research and Development and also the procedures of the protection of information make it possible for us to participate actively in development and modernization of products in collaboration with our demanding Customers.
Our offer is complemented by the sale of thermal transfer printers together with training, installing, warranty and post-warranty service.
