SPECIFICATION OF ESSENTIAL ORDER CONDITIONS
 

The name of the project:
"Purchase of an innovative device for laser cutting and marking labels"
Project co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Program for the District of Lower Silesia in the years 2007-2013.
Contract No UDA-RPDS.01.01.00-02-007/08-00 enclosed under the priority No. 1. "Increase the competitiveness of the Lower Silesian enterprises".
Operation 1.1 Outline 1.1.A2 "Investment grants to MŚP to promote innovation of products and processes at company level".

Subject of inquiry:
Delivery and commissioning of new equipment for cutting and marking labels by laser. The device runs in the role-role: the option of cutting from the sheet and the role-sheet.
The device is designed mostly for cutting out labels with self-adhesive materials such as paper, foil: polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyimide, polycarbonate.
- The minimum width 200 mm,
- Maximum width 400 mm,
- The preferred width of 250-350 mm.

Evaluation criteria:
Price and payment - 50%
The technical evaluation (quality, technical capability, innovation, experience) - 40%
Warranty and service - 10%.

The tenderer shall submit the essential offer in Polish and English.
Variants offers are acceptable.
The price can be expressed in foreign currency, specifying how to convert into PLN.
In case of offers expressed in different currencies, for the comparison - the prices
will be converted into PLN at the average rate of Pekao SA from the day of opening the offer.
The offer should remain valid for a minimum of 90 days from the date of offer opening.
The written offer should be submitted only in sealed envelope marked "OFFER, DO NOT OPEN before 17 May 2010 13:00 p.m"

The Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the inquiry without giving any reason.
